"Regarding my painting process, I’ve been experimenting with the ideas of effortlessness and the unintended. My painting titled September is a continuation of this exploration.  I approached the painting with a sense of curiosity.  I only knew I wanted it to be a white horse.  I allowed the medium I applied randomly on the canvas to form the horse itself.  As for the content of the painting, I can say that the horse is symbolic, reminding me of both the fragility and strength I have inside of me."
